What is Lutheran ER Statewood?
Lutheran ER Statewood is an eight-bed emergency department staffed by the same experienced providers currently working in other Lutheran Health Network emergency departments. Lab and diagnostic services mirror those of traditional emergency departments and include digital X-ray, ultrasound and CT.

Is this similar to an urgent care clinic?
No. Unlike an urgent care clinic, Lutheran ER Statewood is open 24/7 to care for patients with emergent and potentially life-threatening conditions, including heart attacks, strokes, head injuries, fractures, abdominal pain, respiratory issues and more.

What insurances are accepted at Lutheran ER Statewood?
This location accepts the same insurances as all other Lutheran Health Network facilities. We also treat all patients regardless of their ability to pay. Under the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act, EMTALA, Lutheran ER Statewood will provide a medical screening exam and appropriate stabilizing care to all patients.
