Corvette Club generosity benefits patients at Lutheran Children’s Hospital

What: Fort Wayne Corvette Club is bringing toys including children’s doctor kits, waterfall peek-a-boo soothers, mini projectors, lots of movies and X-Box One games to help make the upcoming holiday season at Lutheran Children’s Hospital more enjoyable for young patients.

When: 10 a.m., Friday, Nov. 17, 2017

Where: Lutheran Children’s Hospital

Media are asked to meet in the south lobby of Lutheran Hospital, which is located between Medical Office Building One and Medical Office Building Two. Please park in the south parking garage.

Why: For the past five years, Fort Wayne Corvette Club members have supported children in need of medical care by providing toys and items helpful in making their hospital experiences happier. The video games help when patients receive inpatient chemotherapy, and the doctor kits are useful for medical play for children with a new diagnosis. This annual donation gives club members a tangible way to make a difference in the lives of others.
